The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience.

Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We're moving into a new home in a few weeks and I'll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.

We were looking at alternative energy sources. We didn’t want to have an air conditioner anymore and we also wanted to stop using natural gas. So we heard about it a little bit but we didn’t know much about it, so we started doing some research and looked at a couple different companies and went with Blue Valley.

They were really good about coming up with 3 or 4 different plans for how to do it. It was nice to have options because it put it in a ballpark for what was affordable for us. It also gave us thoughts for what we could do for the future. They really worked with us to make it [geothermal] work for us now.

We got a letter from the energy company, Xcel. And they said, “We notice you are not using much gas right now”… Yea we don’t need it anymore. We had two alternatives. One, they rip out the lines completely. The other, that they cut off the meters. A few days later, they came out and cut off the meters.

The tech also gave me some preventative tips so I wouldn't run into the same issue again. I appreciate the service and will be using them again
