Updated 10/25 - I just want to reiterate how fantastic Blue Valley is. They stand by their warranties and thoroughly support their customers. They identified an issue at our annual assessment and quickly rectified the issue within about a week (given time needed to order a required part). Mez was absolutely fantastic!!

Replaced my old 1979 furnace with a new furnace heat pump system. Gerardo and Alex did a great job on the installation. I would definitely use Blue Valley again.

2018 - I wish I could give Blue Valley Heating & Cooling 10 stars!! Andrew has been to our home several times for both on and off hours calls and he has accurately diagnosed and/or repaired the problems each time. Blue Valley has provided quick estimates in writing, called to confirm appointments and even made arrangements to come earlier than anticipated. Every person I've spoken to on the phone has been knowledgeable and helpful. Blue Valley Heating & Cooling clearly cares about their customers and they have earned my business and heartiest recommendation for as long as I live here!

Casey was polite professional and incredibly efficient and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the issue i was seeing and he immediately got to work. I had a stain in my ceiling I thought was a water stain from a leaking pipe.....it turned out to not be....big relief. Casey explained several other water leak issues that could arise in certain areas and how to prevent them. Blue Valley clearly stands by their customers and does the right thing. I was only charged the service fee. I will always use Blue Valley for any plumbing heater or water heater issues that I get in the future. Thankyou Casey......you absolutley 100% brightened my day!!!

Andre from Blue Valley Energy was fantastic! He came out to check my AC and furnace after I thought my system had been broken for months—turns out, I had accidentally turned off the furnace switch without realizing it. Andre was incredibly friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and still made the service visit worthwhile by checking my AC unit, furnace, and connections to ensure everything was in top shape.

He took his time, was very thorough, and even offered helpful tips on proper maintenance and how often to get the system serviced. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be calling Blue Valley Energy again for any future HVAC needs!

Andy, the heating system technician completed a thorough inspection of the heating system as part of the annual maintenance contract. He provided a complete report with photos. Fortunately, since the furnace is relatively new, there were no issues. Since this was part of a maintenance contract, there was no charge. Nice to have peace of mind for the start of the winter!

Jim, the plumbing technician, completed a walk-through of all plumbing fixtures and facilities. Since it is a relatively new home, fortunately, there were no repairs needed. He did make a suggestion regarding 'sticky' toilet valve, which, so far seems to have resolved the issue. He also made a suggestion regarding the sprinkler system drain to reduce potential damage to the drain valve. He made a suggestion regarding possible algae buildup in some drains. It was very helpful discussion!

Blue Valley includes a plumbing inspection with the annual membership. Casey was great, friendly, knowledgeable on all plumbing.

Blue Valley just replaced my complete heating and air conditioning system. It works perfectly right from the start. The pricing was very competitive and the package included a 10 year parts and LABOR WARRANTY that goes beyond anything the other companies offer.
The free ion air purifier is a much appreciated bonus. The Blue Valley personnel communicate very well internally and with the customer.

The estimator/field technician Cam set the job up and closed it perfectly and the installers Gerardo and Gage are very pleasant and skilled and professional and responded positively to all of my questions and requests.
