Lead HVAC Installer

Pay Range: $75,000 – $150,000+ (based on experience and qualifications) $6000 sign-on bonus!

Job Description:

Blue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team, specializing in residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This is a leadership role for an individual who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. You will be responsible for overseeing installations, ensuring safety and compliance, and mentoring junior installers. Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings.
• Lead installation teams and oversee job site operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for system installation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Train and mentor junior HVAC installers and technicians.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (Required).
• 3-5 years minimum of HVAC installation experience, focusing on residential and light commercial systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and associated equipment.
• Boiler experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
