Cameron came to my house to discuss what type of cooling system would work best. He was very professional. He took his time and was detailing his explanation of how the system works and how it will look.I only had a few days available to have the system installed and he was able to get me scheduled quickly.The system has not been installed yet but I am pleased with the professionalism of Cameron and Blue Valley so far.

Olga and technician Isaac were great to work with in scheduling and diagnosing the problem with my 18-year old Ruud air conditioning condenser unit. I received a text and photo of Isaac before he arrived to my home, even arrived early. I decided to perform the repair myself. Isaac gave me the current replacement part number and suggested a location to purchase it. Thank you. Will be using Blue Valley again in the future if needed.

They were able to get a technician out to service my air conditioner a day earlier than was initially scheduled. Troubleshooting was minimal since the same component had failed a few years earlier. The technician offered two replacement options but there was no real attempt to upsell anything. He seemed knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning and I felt comfortable having him do the repair.

John Loos did a great job with annual service of our two geothermal units. He caught the ground loops on both systems were low on pressure and added more fluid. Electric systems and thermostats checked. Made me confident we are ready for the next heating season. He also alerted me that the systems could use surge protectors, and later sent an estimate. We will consider doing this. Appreciate the timely and quality service.

I have had Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing now for about 9 years. Recently, I moved to a new house and needed some big help with installing a water shut off valve in a guest room closet, because the original shut off valve was in the crawl space. Joel and Degan did a great job of relocating and securing this turn off valve, along with installing a water pressure gauge and fixing a broken pipe on my washing machine hookup. They did a great job, as always, and soo professional. I highly recommend them!!

I had Blue Valley install a 5 zone split heat pump last fall. It has been working flawlessly. I would highly recommend them. I need to move the outside unit and the technician sent to look at the job, Jason Baker, was very knowledgeable and was able to offer suggestions that will save a lot of money.I just had my outside unit moved today from the garage wall to a stand mounted on a poured concrete slab. I can no longer hear the outside unit from inside the house. This is the way it should have been installed, and I had to pay a lot to get it moved, but all is good now.

Although it took awhile to get these folks out again due to some miscommunication, the guy they sent out, John Loos, was stellar. He is personable, very focused and an excellent problem solver. He is also a team player, asking me relevant questions and calling tech support when necessary, something technicians from other companies have been reluctant to do. He really cares about solving the problem for the customer. John did an excellent job and I feel lucky to have made this connection with him.

We are soooo pleased with our entire experience with Blue Valley Heating and Cooling!! From very pleasant and helpful Olga on the phone who got us an appointment the next day to Cameron who came to check out our failing unit the next day. He was very kind and not pushy in any way. At first it sounded like our old unit had the possibility of being fixed but when he checked it out it was time to replace our 25 yr old unit. He was so helpful and explained 3 options for replacement. We explained that we were heading out that evening to go to the mountains and wondered if it would be possible for them to come install it while we were gone. He made a call and yes, they had the unit in stock and could come the next day and start the install. My sister in law was able to let them in as needed and said that both Degan and Geraldo were very professional and fun to talk to. When we returned two days later, the new ac unit was installed and starting to cool down the house. Everything went swimmingly!! We would 100% recommend Blue Valley!!

Blue Valley is great company. Olga is super helpful when I speak to her for booking service and their techs have all been knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain things for me. They provided excellent service last year when they "warrantied" work that had been completed for the previous owner of the house that I purchased which needed some adjustments. I would highly recommend Blue Valley Heating and Cooling!!

I'm a big fan of Blue Valley. Called for off hours AC service during the recent heat spell. Jason was able to come to our home within 45 minutes of my call, and provided exceptional service in fixing our issue. Jason provided me with a very throrough explanation of the issue, including ways I can self service it in the future to save repair costs. Jason came out to perform the AC inspection. He listened to my concerns and helped find solutions. He also answered questions I had about filters so I can get the best efficiency out my AC. Josh and Tom from Blue Valley did an outstanding job installing our new LG heat pump water heater. The installation was neat and tidy, and the space was cleaner than before they started. I also spoke to Eric about eventually replacing our boiler. He's more knowledgeable than most about heat pumps and hydronics, and was honest about the tradeoffs.

John Loos did a thorough check of the AC system. He adjusted the air flow to maximize efficiency and cleaned the outdoor unit. Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. The scheduling was easy and service very timely. The testing done was interesting, the explanations helpful, and good options were presented. Before choosing Blue Valley, we did our homework, collecting bids from six contractors, looking for high customer ratings and an a reasonable price. Blue Valley provided both. They not only offered the most competitive price (a bid from a competitor came back at $6000 more for the exact same unit), but they also offered competitive financing. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and clearly took pride in their work. I was comfortable with the installers in my home. Replacing a boiler was unexpected. We were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.
