Our A/C stopped working on a Friday night.
Zack was there to service the unit early Saturday morning. He very quickly diagnosed the problem. The capacitor on the outdoor fan failed. He replaced it and we are up and running. Also, Zack explained the whole process that he was going thru so I received a little education as well.This appears to be an honest business which is often not the case with HVAC repairs.

Zach P. with Blue Valley was incredibly helpful and professional. Overall, the booking process was super easy and the dispatcher was very communicative. Whenever one of these places gives you a big window (ie. between 12 and 4 pm) I always expect they'll show up at the last minute or even late. Zach was early! And he called ahead to make sure it was okay. He was super professional about putting covers on his shoes to walk through the house. And then he talked me through everything he was doing and didn't gate keep any information. He showed me exactly why our system stopped working and explained what we can do to prevent it from happening again. I've had techs out before who don't explain anything and are annoyed by questions, but not Zach! If we ever need assistance, we will be requesting Zach P. specifically because he was so professional and knowledgable.

Zach was on time, even a little early, with advance notice. He was courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC system, with a complete and detailed explanation of the issue. He skillfully completed the agreed upon tasks. We even discussed short and long term options. All around great experience.

We had a full AC/Furnace replacement, 2 old water heaters replaced with a tankless, and added a ductless AC to our 2nd floor west facing master bedroom. Anthony and Gabe did a FANTASTIC job. They are friendly, easy to talk to, work long and hard, take care to clean up their mess, and protect our home from damage. Anthony in particular did a great job straightening and aligning the line covers from the ductless AC on the exterior of our house, and the piping into the tankless water heater is very nicely laid out. They explained the functioning of all of the new equipment. I highly recommend Blue Valley and Anthony and Gabe based on my experience.

My AC quit at the worst time, right in the midst of summer. Zach at Blue Valley Heating Cooling and Plumbing, was scheduled snd presented within 18 hours, and completed my repairs promptly. Andre did an amazing job identifying the issue with the zone valve. He discussed different options for next steps with me and showed me the temporary workaround to keep the hot water flowing until the permanent work can be done.
He completed the permanent work and helped to identify a leak that a foundation repair company had caused months ago. Thanks to this I'll save thousands of dollars.

Cameron came to my house to discuss what type of cooling system would work best. He was very professional. He took his time and was detailing his explanation of how the system works and how it will look.

Monday, Gerardo and Gage installed my new mini-split. They completed the installation in one day in the unbearable heat. They were very polite and answered all my questions.
The system is working perfectly and the cool air is heavenly!

Blue Valley called me for an annual check-up/maintenance on my mini-split. Which I appreciated, because I would have forgotten. They also checked out my furnace. Tony Thomas came out and check everything over. He completed the job quickly, explained and showed me what might be an issue. I am very satisfied with everything he did today. Thank you Tony and Blue Valley Heating and Cooling!

I called with an outage after having a hard time finding a company that would service a rooftop AC and they were willing. They gave me a next day appointment which was wonderful. John came out and even though his dispatcher sent him without the 40 ft ladder I recommended, he found a way to get it done and solved my issue. No hard sell to try and get me away from my perfectly good, though ancient, unit which I appreciated very much. He was nice, polite, professional and got the work done. I signed up for their membership which I felt was very reasonable @ just over $100 to have two service calls per year for both the AC and the Furnace.

I must admit that I was a little apprehensive when I saw that the Bee was under a new name. I was pleasantly surprised to see no need for concern. Our technician, Tony, was excellent. Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. The scheduling was easy and service very timely. The testing done was interesting, the explanations helpful, and good options were presented. We were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.
