We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Blue Valley recently and I am very happy with the entire experience. Cameron spent a lot of time educating us and answering all of our many questions. He came up with a practical system that was affordable and is sized appropriately for our house and our needs. He did not try to upsell us with a more expensive system that we didn't need, and there was never any pressure at any point in the process. Tom, Deegan, and David did a great job installing the system and I am very happy with the way everything turned out. They were professional and worked very well together. I will definitely recommend Blue Valley to all of my family, friends, and neighbors.
Blue Valley is great company. Olga is super helpful when I speak to her for booking service and their techs have all been knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain things for me. They provided excellent service last year when they "warrantied" work that had been completed for the previous owner of the house that I purchased which needed some adjustments. I would highly recommend Blue Valley Heating and Cooling!! I recently had John come out and replace a stuck valve on our boiler. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and correct the issue. He was extremely patient explaining the situation and was great to work with.

We like John and he is responsive, thoughtful and professional. What I do not like is we were charged for your faulty equipment. This is the second time the thermostat was faulty. It does not seem right to have charged us.

Technician Joel Morton assessed the need for a new PRV and advised me to wait. Instead, he suggested the problem with our LG heat pump water heater might be caused by our existing hot water recirculating line to the kitchen sink. Joel was knowledgeable about problems with the LG water heaters, and his advice may prove to have solved the problem.

Gerardo was very competent and personable. He and his crew got the job done in the 3 days that we were quoted. He was willing to stay late on the last day to complete it. We appreciated that. The only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is that the setup was not quite correct and he had to come back almost a week later. The delay due to Blue Valley scheduling, not Gerardo.

I contracted with Blue Valley to replace my aging A/C. They were one of three contractors we received quotes from. They were not the least expensive, but appeared to be the most responsive and professional. The installers arrived on time, and gave me a clear description of their plan of attack. There were issues later with the install (due to my furnace, not their work). Cam came by to help out, and did not leave until the installers and I were satisfied with the solution. They completed on time, in spite of the extra work. Great company, I highly recommend them.The above review was written four years ago when I had the air conditioner replaced. Today I had to call them because my furnace has been intermittent. Again, the communication was clear, and Cameron arrived on time. I kept some notes that I shared with him, and together we discussed potential problems and solutions to the issue. You showed me how to read the error codes on the furnace, and explained what this particular one meant. The most likely cause was a blocked exhaust pipe outside the house. We went out there together and found a perfectly shaped cycle below the pipe, obvious culprit. There were no maintenance charges for this visit, since he didn’t actually have to do any repair, but he showed me how to potentially find the problem in the future. Again, I am very impressed with blue Valley, highly recommend!

Blue Valley installed a whole house humidifier for me and I’m very happy with the results. My service tech Cameron did a great job with both the initial quote and the installation, and explained everything to me clearly. Very pleased with his work and with Blue Valley HVAC.

Degan came out to service our unit, as we were experiencing issues around them staying on. He worked extremely hard to understand the problem, spending a lot of time testing and analyzing the problem. We were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.
