They had to navigate a couple of unexpected challenges. Mike was particularly impressive as he showed a willingness to be helpful in all situations. and come back and make sure thijngs were right--more than once!! Efren the Blue Valley HVAC Tech was Knowledgeable, Professional, Timely, Genuine, Kept customer in the loop as far as what he was doing to remedy the HVAC issue.. However, the repair consisted of a new 3/4 inch pvc condensate pipe. 10 feet of pvc,, 6 couplings and $400 and after diagnosis which took 20 mins should have taken 1/2 hour to measure, cut and glue up. Great personable guy.. pvc max $60. Install max 30 mins, diagnosis max 20 mins. $400 for repair fairly steep. Service call fee was reasonablePosted on Google

He suggested that my unit can benefit from an addition of a Surge Protective Device. The install and electrical work from Zach, Zach, and Nate went very smoothly and the one minor issue that surfaced got taken care of right away. With details like placement of pipes and switches, they paid attention to the ultimate appearance and usability of everything. Fred Gluck71 days agoAndy, the heating system technician completed a thorough inspection of the heating system as part of the annual maintenance contract. He provided a complete report with photos. Fortunately, since the furnace is relatively new, there were no issues. Since this was part of a maintenance contract, there was no charge. Nice to have peace of mind for the start of the winter! Jim, the plumbing technician, completed a walk-through of all plumbing fixtures and facilities. Since it is a relatively new home, fortunately, there were no repairs needed. He did make a suggestion regarding 'sticky' toilet valve, which, so far seems to have resolved the issue. He also made a suggestion regarding the sprinkler system drain to reduce potential damage to the drain valve. He made a suggestion regarding possible algae buildup in some drains. William Missouri Downs74 days agoReplacing a whole-house air-conditioning system is a big decision, and honestly, not one I was looking forward to making. Josh and Zach made the entire process much easier. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Since I work from home, I especially appreciated that they worked quietly and didn’t blast music all day, which allowed me to continue working without disruption. They also treated my home with great respect, covering the floors and keeping everything clean throughout the installation. My project was a complicated one involving the replacement of two separate air-conditioning systems. Even so, Josh, Zach, and the installation crew tackled it with a great attitude and completed the massive job in a long 11-hour day. I don't think they took a break. Their work ethic was impressive, and the quality of the installation was outstanding. Most importantly, the new systems worked perfectly from the moment they turned them on. I would highly recommend them to anyone facing the daunting task of replacing an air-conditioning system. Kristen Bates75 days agoWe’ve had issues with our AC fire several years and had several companies come out all of which were dodgy about we actually needed. Finally decided it was likely time to replace the ac. Shawn came out and did a quick assessment. He was polite professional and upfront about us needing to replace the ac and likely the furnace but not pushy at all. He then set us up with Rae who came to our house within an hour and did a more thorough look. Rae recommended we replace both the AC and furnace as well but understood we may not be in a place to tackle that financially and there was no pressure. Ultimately she showed us pricing options for both and we realized how affordable these guys are and they have great financing options. The price from Blue Horizon quoted for the work seemed exceptionally high. For specific reasons, the price was halved (still felt high for what was done). Former Bee Heating and Air customer. Overall, great service from Chris, but I’m concerned about the private equity (Zephyr) behind the new company simply based on the pricing I was quoted - seemed high based on further research. Instead, he suggested the problem with our LG heat pump water heater might be caused by our existing hot water recirculating line to the kitchen sink. Explained things thoroughly, including when they were having problems, until problems were solved. Wore booties indoors to avoid muddying rugs, and left things clean on exit. Jim Lytton162 days agoTom and Ervey were awesome plumber installers! Tom was methodical and walked me through the entire process before installing our amazing LG 80 gal. Heat pump hot water heater. Ervey was personable and knowledgeable as well. They both took extreme care to insure no damage would occur in our home when navigating this behemoth of an appliance downstairs, around existing equipment, and finally working it into the utility closet as its final home. The plumbing work is impeccable and the electrical work done by Sam was efficient and timely. He too was courteous and polite as well as skilled. This is only part of the story…. The Blue Valley administrative team was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely persistent in getting the rebates necessary to begin the process and follow up afterwards. Special props go out to Olga and Marissa. I highly recommend this company for their all around amazing sales and service!! I have to add that Olga proved to be my own personal advocate throughout the entire project. She was friendly, kind, patient, caring, and drove the process of applying for, following up with, working through issues, and finally driving the rebate process to completion with HEAR and Xcel Energy. She also facilitated the scheduling of the HEAR inspection and City of Longmont permit and inspection. She is a pure joy to work with and I look forward to working with her again in the future. They don’t try to hard sell you on systems that you don’t need and built trust with every interaction. This most recent experience was amazing. Our water heater started leaking very badly and they got a team out within a couple of hours. They were able to install a new water heater first thing the next morning. Paul, Joel, and Steven were all excellent to work with and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Our experiences with Blue Valley have made us customers for the long haul. After getting several quotes for a new AC, we chose Blue Valley for the reasonable-for-the-area rate and the professionalism of each person we interacted with. After looking at it for maybe 5 minutes the first Company told us the whole system, including our AC was broken and it was going to cost us 15 to 20 grand to replace… Vincent came out (Fantastic customer service) took the time time to look at the system, ran tests and ultimately fixed it for pennies on what we would have had to spend. Kelly O'Neill193 days agoOur HVAC system went out a couple months ago and we were desperate for a new affordable but high quality system. We contacted Blue Valley who came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They were patient while we acquired funding and applied for rebates. And once we had the funding, they scheduled us within a few days for install. Nathan was one of the workers on our install and was great! He and his team arrived on time and kept us updated throughout the process. During the install, they noticed our water heater, which had been installed by Cooper Heating and Cooling in August 2025, was leaking. Since the installation was only about seven months old, this was surprising. We contacted Cooper to have someone come out and fix the issue, but they were unable to send a technician until the following Monday. Blue Valley stepped in and immediately sent their plumbers over. Paul and Steven arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking within a couple hours so the HVAC workers could finish up their part. I wish we had used Blue Valley to initially install our water heater. Every technician, project consultant, and installer we have worked with for the HVAC system has exceeded expectations. The company truly hires outstanding people and we will definitely use them again.Posted on Google

Mez explained the system well and his recommendation for replacement along with associated electrical switches. E T203 days agoOutstanding company. Service and sales are top notch! I’ve had fairly extensive work performed by Blue Valley since I moved here in ‘22: boiler servicing, minisplit installation, and now an electric combi boiler. In each case, my interaction with sales, service, and subsequent follow up has been fantastic. When I first moved here, I needed a mini split, as the home I bought had no AC, no HVAC, and used a whole house fan. I worked with their salesperson Cam to look at options. I pulled several quotes, but the responsiveness, and willingness of Cam to go the extra mile to help me research a variety of options and rebates led me to work with Blue Valley. Their inspection, installation, and commissioning of the unit was outstanding. It has been in operation since mid-summer and I can’t be more elated with the work and the unit. This winter, just before Halloween, I had issues with my boiler, and Blue Valley sent out a service tech to clean and service the boiler. Unfortunately, it was past its time/warranty, and I needed a replacement. Once again, I spoke to Cam and looked at options. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot out there within Blue Valley’s scope of outlets that seemed satisfactory. Given the constraints on performance and cost, I did some research on my own and brought my results to Cam. He was more than willing to take it from there to see what he could manage. Fortunately, he was able to find a distro partner and we were able to get one in that was installed today! Even with the installation team today, extensive work was performed, and the installation team still noticed a pinhole leak. They will be returning to patch it tomorrow early in the AM. Outstanding service. The absolute cherry on top is the first hot shower I’ve had since Thanksgiving. No longer do I suffer 30-60 sec military showers! I can finally waste hot water like a normal gluttonous over-privileged American slob! Thank goodness! I will try to update after all the work is complete! 02/2026: UPDATE: Still going strong! Still great! Isaac recently came out to inspect and service if needed. No issues found and everything is running smoothly! Still plenty of hot showers, but now I need to figure out why my smoke alarm keeps triggering after my hot showers. :(Posted on Google

Paul showed me how to operate it after it was installed and Scott kept me informed along the way. They left the area in a neat clean condition and took all old parts with them. Hugh Sardoff217 days agoUpdate February 10, 2026. Andrew came out to perform routine maintenance on our heater. He was prompt, professional and clearly explained what he was going to do. He provided an excellent report out when his work was complete and left the equipment looking cleaner than when he had arrived. He also too care to keep his work area clean. We had a full AC/Furnace replacement, 2 old water heaters replaced with a tankless, and added a ductless AC to our 2nd floor west facing master bedroom. Anthony and Gabe did a FANTASTIC job. They are friendly, easy to talk to, work long and hard, take care to clean up their mess, and protect our home from damage. Anthony in particular did a great job straightening and aligning the line covers from the ductless AC on the exterior of our house, and the piping into the tankless water heater is very nicely laid out. They explained the functioning of all of the new equipment. I highly recommend Blue Valley and Anthony and Gabe based on my experience.Posted on Google

Technician Tony Thomas came out to petform annual AC maintenance and was very professional, considerate and proficient in his skill, he arrived on time and was just so very nice. He checked the system and answered all my questions in regards to the filters, thermostat etc, he showed me the pictures and explained everything throughly to my understanding. Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. The scheduling was easy and service very timely. The testing done was interesting, the explanations helpful, and good options were presented. I’m looking forward to working with them on other needed house servicing and upgrades now and in the future.

LAPWe were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.

So we heard about it a little bit but we didn’t know much about it, so we started doing some research and looked at a couple different companies and went with Blue Valley.

Long story short, it was leaking water where it shouldn’t have been. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing the minor issue in no time flat! The tech also gave me some preventative tips so I wouldn’t run into the same issue again. I appreciate the service and will be using them again
