Tony troubleshot furnace nonfunction after earlier tech who did annual furnace check left, after saying the furnace was ok. Tony found loose blower wire and reconnected it. Furnace and thermostat now work ok. Good job. No charge for this follow-up work.

Chris Hysmith was excellent at diagnosing the problem with our smart thermostat and repairing it. Super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Also a shout out to Andrew Martinez, who came out to perform a 1-year after install inspection and tune up on our new AC/heat pump system. Great to work with both of these guys.

Please note that this review is for Isaac who works for Blue Valley and is their boiler person. Our boiler wasn't heating one of our zones. When he came to determine the issue, several unexpected issues arose. He handled them in a professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating way. The repairs required a few visits and we would say he went above and beyond in how he handled everything.

Shawn Vigil did the annual checkup on furnace and found an issue. He came back today to replace part, issue has been resolved. He explained all that was done to furnace. We had a gas leak that required an HVAC company to assess (turns out it wasn't a gas leak) and Shawn from Blue Valley came out at 6pm that day and helped us get back up and running. He was thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable.

The service fee ($99) was super reasonable for same day and after normal hours...some of the other recommended services were very highly priced, but we were very clearly told these are recommended and you don't have to decided now.

Geraldo Ramirez and Alex Valdez did an excellent job replacing my existing boiler which had a cracked heat exchanger. Installation went smoothly and end result looks great. There was a challenging debug at the end caused by a faulty backflow valve on a reciculation line from the old boiler installation. This gave us luke warm water at the faucets even though the boiler DHW exit temperature was correct. They did a good job of sticking with it to figure out what was going on.

Had a service call today, Tony was great. Just getting here was a challenge with road conditions. Anyway, decided to become members for regular maintenance and are very happy with our heat pump system which Blue Valley installed three years ago.

  • Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. The scheduling was easy and service very timely. The testing done was interesting, the explanations helpful, and good options were presented. I’m looking forward to working with them on other needed house servicing and upgrades now and in the future.

Before choosing Blue Valley, we did our homework, collecting bids from six contractors, looking for high customer ratings and an a reasonable price. Blue Valley provided both. They not only offered the most competitive price (a bid from a competitor came back at $6000 more for the exact same unit), but they also offered competitive financing. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and clearly took pride in their work. I was comfortable with the installers in my home. Replacing a boiler was unexpected. Thanks to Blue Valley, the process was a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Valley to my family, friends, and neighbors

The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.
