Our HVAC system went out a couple months ago and we were desperate for a new affordable but high quality system. We contacted Blue Valley who came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They were patient while we acquired funding and applied for rebates. And once we had the funding, they scheduled us within a few days for install. Nathan was one of the workers on our install and was great! He and his team arrived on time and kept us updated throughout the process.

During the install, they noticed our water heater, which had been installed by Cooper Heating and Cooling in August 2025, was leaking. Since the installation was only about seven months old, this was surprising. We contacted Cooper to have someone come out and fix the issue, but they were unable to send a technician until the following Monday.

Blue Valley stepped in and immediately sent their plumbers over. Paul and Steven arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking within a couple hours so the HVAC workers could finish up their part. I wish we had used Blue Valley to initially install our water heater.

Every technician, project consultant, and installer we have worked with for the HVAC system has exceeded expectations. The company truly hires outstanding people and we will definitely use them again.

Joel an Paul were at my house by noon the next day, and had the leak found, repaired and done within 30 minutes, including cutting through the ceiling drywall and insulation. Installers Gabe and Mark were great. VERY communicative, kept me informed of everything they were doing. Craftsmanship was excellent. They had a problem with their contract electricians, but they handled the issue quickly and was resolved to my satisfaction. Both installers were very professional and a credit to Blue Valley Heating. PM Cameron also did a good job quoting the job and explaining all of the options and rebates. Great company to work with.

Travis Marion was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to evaluate my boiler/on -demand water heater and radiant heat system. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond the expected work. Travis was very thorough in inspecting the electrical, combustion and plumbing aspects of the systems. His estimate gave three levels of “need” “should” and “ideal” improvements.

Danny and his team did a Great job replacing out Hot Water Heater today. Paul and Scott did the actual job, they worked together very well and completed the work expediently. Paul showed me how to operate it after it was installed and Scott kept me informed along the way. They left the area in a neat clean condition and took all old parts with them. The did a great job and wasted no time.

Shawn from Blue Valley recently came by and replaced the mounts for our filters so that we could use thinner filters. He also did a maintenance at this time. Shawn was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. He was done within an hour and our furnace is humming along just fine.

Update February 10, 2026. Andrew came out to perform routine maintenance on our heater. He was prompt, professional and clearly explained what he was going to do. He provided an excellent report out when his work was complete and left the equipment looking cleaner than when he had arrived. He also too care to keep his work area clean.

We had a full AC/Furnace replacement, 2 old water heaters replaced with a tankless, and added a ductless AC to our 2nd floor west facing master bedroom. Anthony and Gabe did a FANTASTIC job. They are friendly, easy to talk to, work long and hard, take care to clean up their mess, and protect our home from damage. Anthony in particular did a great job straightening and aligning the line covers from the ductless AC on the exterior of our house, and the piping into the tankless water heater is very nicely laid out. They explained the functioning of all of the new equipment. I highly recommend Blue Valley and Anthony and Gabe based on my experience.

Paul and Scott gave us a thorough, no cost, whole house plumbing assessment which was incredibly useful. I learned that our plumbing is in good shape and about what to look for when a problem arises. Andrew did a fantastic job looking over my heater and providing recommendations for future issues that may arise.

Working with Cameron was great. He explained things clearly and listened to questions that we had.

3 months later: I called about what looked like a problem in the crawl space where the furnace was installed. Zach came and had a look. He said it was a warranty issue and they'd fix it at no charge. These are seriously good people.

Had the best experience this morning with Blue Valley H&C. Technician Tony Thomas came out to petform annual AC maintenance and was very professional, considerate and proficient in his skill, he arrived on time and was just so very nice. He checked the system and answered all my questions in regards to the filters, thermostat etc, he showed me the pictures and explained everything throughly to my understanding. It was a great pleasure to have such a trustworthy person take care of my system. I feel safe and warm, yay!.. Five stars for sure way to go Tony thanks so much 👏🏼
