We signed up with Blue Valley Energy for an annual maintenance plan on furnace and a/c. We were very satisfied by the service of both techs sent out. We did not need repairs thankfully.

Efren Robles was able to come even earlier than scheduled to get our AC working. He educated us about the system in our new house then proceeded with the diagnostics. Our AC capacitor was replaced and the AC was working again very shortly. We also added an option to our AC unit to preserve its longevity. We appreciated this well trained technician and fast service during a heat wave. I have been with this company for 10 years at two different houses.

My overall experience has been great with the installation team of Mason, Nate and Zach with the installation of Trane’s heat pump and furnace combo. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. I do have to give a shoutout to Mike who took a good part of his Sunday to address some configuration issues. I also do appreciate Robert’s quick and professional response with getting the system up and running in such a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

We had a really bad clog backing up our kitchen sink and our utility sink. Paul and Lewis had to use three different heads on the snake to break up the clog in the 2” line. They kept at it until the job was done…over 1 1/2 hours. They were also very polite and explained everything clearly.

Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. The scheduling was easy and service very timely. The testing done was interesting, the explanations helpful, and good options were presented. I’m looking forward to working with them on other needed house servicing and upgrades now and in the future.

They not only offered the most competitive price (a bid from a competitor came back at $6000 more for the exact same unit), but they also offered competitive financing. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and clearly took pride in their work. I was comfortable with the installers in my home. Replacing a boiler was unexpected. Blue Valley’s quote was unambiguous and lower than their competition. They were also able to schedule our installation rapidly at the height of summer, providing us the cooling relief we expected. The system has been in for several weeks now and is working great, and we feel we made the correct choice in selecting Blue valley to work in our home.

LAPWe were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.

They were fast to deliver on our agreed timeframe and always helpful with our questions. Their work on our home was so impressive that we have recommended them to several neighbors. They included us in the process and gave us options to choose between. They paid attention to detail and were very concerned with how the project looked after completion. They have been outstanding to work with all the way from the first contact to after the project was finished. I will not hesitate to use them for my service in my new home. I recommend Blue Valley for both installation and service without hesitation.
Jim KreitmanWe were looking at alternative energy sources. We didn’t want to have an air conditioner anymore and we also wanted to stop using natural gas. So we heard about it a little bit but we didn’t know much about it, so we started doing some research and looked at a couple different companies and went with Blue Valley.

It also gave us thoughts for what we could do for the future. They really worked with us to make it [geothermal] work for us now.

One, they rip out the lines completely. The other, that they cut off the meters. A few days later, they came out and cut off the meters.
Marshall LeeBlue Valley Heating & Cooling provides fantastic service! They are very friendly and dependable! I called them out to perform an annual inspection and maintenance of our A/C. Long story short, it was leaking water where it shouldn’t have been. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing the minor issue in no time flat! The tech also gave me some preventative tips so I wouldn’t run into the same issue again. I appreciate the service and will be using them again
