I cannot say enough good things about Blue Valley Heating & Cooling & the tech Zach! On a scorching 100-degree day, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I just purchased my home 2 weeks ago & am a first time homeowner so I called Blue Valley in a panic, and to my surprise, they had a technician at my door in under 2 hours!
The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in simple terms, and had the unit up and running in no time. It was such a relief to feel the cool air coming back on such a brutally hot day.
From start to finish, the service was fast, efficient, and friendly. They turned what could have been a miserable experience into a smooth and stress-free one. Highly recommend them if you're looking for prompt and reliable HVAC service.

I want to recognize and thank project manager Danny Austin for his professionalism and knowledgebase. Last year he helped me go over multiple options for a new heat pump system for my home. I wanted to understand all the technical details and Danny had no problem patiently providing or getting the answers. He contributed good ideas, and I think I ended up with a good solution that has been working great for the last 9 months. Furthermore, long after my project was over, he recently was willing to connect and engage on other questions. He knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend him and the company he works for.

I had a great experience with Zach P. He walked me through every diagnostic, laid out the options and I had a cold AC running again in a couple hours. Would definitely recommend using them for any HVAC issues in the future.

Blue Valley/The Bee was honestly among my best contractor experiences after 25 years. Danny (estimator) was super helpful and creative, coming up with a way more elegant and affordable solution. John provided very fast response when our AC broke on a super hot day. He drove across town in rush hour to get a part, and stayed late into the evening to install it. And to cap it off, the final cost was only a third of the original quote. Amazing service. Thank you John!

Gerardo, Mason, and Ervey are an amazing team! They installed a Mitsubishi cold-climate heat pump and a mini-split in another room, connecting them to work with the existing furnace and humidifier. Communications were fantastic and they worked efficiently, keeping me updated on the timeline. They consulted me as needed to make sure the placement and function of what they were installing met our needs, and were meticulous about keeping a clean work area and thoroughly cleaning afterwards. I highly recommend these heat pump experts.

Zach saved the day! Our ACs capacitor went out on a 90°+ day and from the time I called to the time it was fixed was under an hour, on a Saturday night no less! Zach was top notch and taught me a ton about how AC systems work, what to keep an eye on, and how to maintain my unit. Would recommend the company 100% and Zach 1,000%! Thank you!

Blue Valley perfected its 2020 new boiler installation at our 4 unit apartment in Bouider. It was determined that a shroud covering for the thermostat over the hot water tank was not in place per the specs and they remedied this omission with no charge to our company thus honoring the boiler installation guarantee. Standing behind their service and products gives us continued confidence in the company and our recommendation.

Our AC stopped working and I was able to get same day service. Isaac was great! Very knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and was able to get our unit up and running . He also did a check to see if it looked like we might be prone to experiencing any problems in the near future, as our unit was over 20 years old. Very happy with him and would recommend Blue Valley!

Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. The scheduling was easy and service very timely. The testing done was interesting, the explanations helpful, and good options were presented. Before choosing Blue Valley, we did our homework, collecting bids from six contractors, looking for high customer ratings and an a reasonable price. Blue Valley provided both. They not only offered the most competitive price (a bid from a competitor came back at $6000 more for the exact same unit), but they also offered competitive financing. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and clearly took pride in their work. I was comfortable with the installers in my home. Replacing a boiler was unexpected. We were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.
