Installers Gabe and Mark were great. VERY communicative, kept me informed of everything they were doing. Craftsmanship was excellent. They had a problem with their contract electricians, but they handled the issue quickly and was resolved to my satisfaction. Both installers were very professional and a credit to Blue Valley Heating. PM Cameron also did a good job quoting the job and explaining all of the options and rebates. Great company to work with.

Danny and his team did a Great job replacing out Hot Water Heater today. Paul and Scott did the actual job, they worked together very well and completed the work expediently. Paul showed me how to operate it after it was installed and Scott kept me informed along the way. They left the area in a neat clean condition and took all old parts with them. The did a great job and wasted no time.

Isaac knows geothermal systems so well. He adjusted ours quickly and explained the process.

Update February 10, 2026. Andrew came out to perform routine maintenance on our heater. He was prompt, professional and clearly explained what he was going to do. He provided an excellent report out when his work was complete and left the equipment looking cleaner than when he had arrived. He also too care to keep his work area clean.

We had a full AC/Furnace replacement, 2 old water heaters replaced with a tankless, and added a ductless AC to our 2nd floor west facing master bedroom. Anthony and Gabe did a FANTASTIC job. They are friendly, easy to talk to, work long and hard, take care to clean up their mess, and protect our home from damage. Anthony in particular did a great job straightening and aligning the line covers from the ductless AC on the exterior of our house, and the piping into the tankless water heater is very nicely laid out. They explained the functioning of all of the new equipment. I highly recommend Blue Valley and Anthony and Gabe based on my experience.

Paul and Scott gave us a thorough, no cost, whole house plumbing assessment which was incredibly useful. I learned that our plumbing is in good shape and about what to look for when a problem arises. They answered all my questions and taught me a few things everyone should know about their homes. Check boxes below don't cover a free visit like this.

I received great service from Travis Marion for a furnace that had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went out of his way to get the parts quickly so he could finish the job. Much appreciated!

Cameron was excellent in explaining what I needed and the best route take. He didn't try to oversell and gave me every price break he could. The rest of the crew, Angel, Ervey, Shawn and Olga were very respectful. When the heat goes out and it's -13°, an 82 year old man appreciates their good, fast service. Isaac and Vincent were incredible! They were patient, they checked everything out thoroughly. They answered all my questions, they listened to what I had been experiencing with my boiler and gave me suggestions on what I might do in the future.

Ask for Travis he was very professional, informative, and mindful. No BS when it came to diagnostics and repairs.

Zach Parriott with Blue Valley Heating and Cooling did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues with our NEW heat pump system. Several people had come out prior to this and never figured it out. Zach know this particular system very well and figured out the the system was defective and made arrangements for our system to be replaced. He oversaw that process as well and the system is FINALLY working fine. I will definitely requesting Zach for any future issues.

During this last bitter cold spell our furnace went out. Blue Valley was there for us, especially their technician, Travis. Travis is professional, efficient, friendly and worked hard to fix our problem and give us heat. We learned some important stuff about our furnace too. We look forward to working with Travis and Blue Valley in the future.

Andrew Martinez performed an inspection and maintenance service on my furnace. He was very thorough in explaining his process and findings, complete with photos and a detailed analysis report, and he answered all of my questions. Mez was awesome!

Our heat abruptly stopped working this morning so I called Blue Valley, who came highly recommended. They were able to set up a same day appointment with Chris. He came by on time, inspected the furnace, and was able to get the heat back on. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend giving Blue Valley a call for any heating or cooling needs!

Editing my review to include Danny as well! The day after I met with Chris, Danny promptly called me and walked me through the next steps. He was extremely helpful guiding me through options on the way forward. He provided honest feedback and quickly sent over several proposals. Furthermore, he guided me through the incentives and rebates offered by the state to get me the best deal possible on my new HVAC system. I couldn't be more pleased with their service thus far! Wonderful company and even better people.

Blue Valley is a business built on high morals and outstanding ethics. It is evident by the people they hire and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Despite having a very atypical furnace install, they made things right and stand behind their word. Isaac is a standout among their service people. Very knowledgeable, kind and thorough in all that he does. The owner Brandon seems to treat his employees as extended family and this attitude trickles down to us as customers. It’s a rare find these days in a business that puts doing the right thing over profits.

Travis showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly as the furnace igniter, had a part on the truck, and finished the repair in a total of 20 minutes. Fast, efficient, and friendly service on a Sunday! I highly recommend!
