Updating this review. The thermostat stopped working the night after the installation. After contacting Blue Valley they sent Zach Perriot out to my house and he was able to diagnose the issue and apply fix in a short amount of time. He also supplied me with some helpful information on the new system which is greatly appreciated.

I called Blue Valley when our gas was shut off by Black Hills due to a suspected gas leak. Casey showed up hours earlier than scheduled to assist us. Updated 10/25 - I just want to reiterate how fantastic Blue Valley is. They stand by their warranties and thoroughly support their customers. They identified an issue at our annual assessment and quickly rectified the issue within about a week (given time needed to order a required part). Mez was absolutely fantastic!!

Casey was polite professional and incredibly efficient and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the issue i was seeing and he immediately got to work. I had a stain in my ceiling I thought was a water stain from a leaking pipe.....it turned out to not be....big relief. Casey explained several other water leak issues that could arise in certain areas and how to prevent them. Blue Valley clearly stands by their customers and does the right thing. I was only charged the service fee. I will always use Blue Valley for any plumbing heater or water heater issues that I get in the future. Thankyou Casey......you absolutley 100% brightened my day!!!

Andre from Blue Valley Energy was fantastic! He came out to check my AC and furnace after I thought my system had been broken for months—turns out, I had accidentally turned off the furnace switch without realizing it. Andre was incredibly friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and still made the service visit worthwhile by checking my AC unit, furnace, and connections to ensure everything was in top shape.

They not only offered the most competitive price (a bid from a competitor came back at $6000 more for the exact same unit), but they also offered competitive financing. The installers were on time, worked efficiently and clearly took pride in their work. I was comfortable with the installers in my home. Replacing a boiler was unexpected. LAPWe were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.

So we heard about it a little bit but we didn’t know much about it, so we started doing some research and looked at a couple different companies and went with Blue Valley.

One, they rip out the lines completely. The other, that they cut off the meters. A few days later, they came out and cut off the meters.
