I had a heat pump installed in May. Blue Valley was accommodating of our tight schedule, professional, and generally did a good job on the install. As winter rolled around and we switched to heating we noticed that two of the rooms were too hot. I contacted my sales rep Cameron about the problem. He was empathetic and he quickly got me in touch with the warranty team. Zach came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. I'm impressed with Zach's knowledge but his genuine concern to get my system functioning exactly as expected was even more reassuring. Overall I am happy with my heat pump from Blue Valley and I was very impressed with the way they dealt with a post install issue. Thanks team!

Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. The scheduling was easy and service very timely. The testing done was interesting, the explanations helpful, and good options were presented. I’m looking forward to working with them on other needed house servicing and upgrades now and in the future.

The installers were on time, worked efficiently and clearly took pride in their work. I was comfortable with the installers in my home. Replacing a boiler was unexpected. Blue Valley’s quote was unambiguous and lower than their competition. They were also able to schedule our installation rapidly at the height of summer, providing us the cooling relief we expected. LAPWe were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.

So we heard about it a little bit but we didn’t know much about it, so we started doing some research and looked at a couple different companies and went with Blue Valley.

One, they rip out the lines completely. The other, that they cut off the meters. A few days later, they came out and cut off the meters.

Long story short, it was leaking water where it shouldn’t have been. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing the minor issue in no time flat! The tech also gave me some preventative tips so I wouldn’t run into the same issue again. I appreciate the service and will be using them again
