Blue valley reached out to make sure I knew about a free maintenance visit included with the installation of my heat pump. Shawn came by right on time, checked the furnace as well as the heat pump, gave some tips on maintenance and improvements to the equipment we could make, got the job done quickly and made sure everything was working well. No complaints whatsoever.

Mez went above and beyond with the service he provided today! He explained everything really well to make sure we understood what was wrong with our hvac system. Money well spent! Our unit went out and Mez got here within 2 hours to diagnose the issue and go over our options. I highly recommend this company. I was favorably impressed with the work Gabe, Anthony, and the Blue Valley team did on the HVAC project at St. Ambrose church in Boulder. They showed up on time and let me know their progress throughout the week. They replaced 4 old furnaces and AC units with high efficiency dual fuel units in 4 days. They did not interfere with meetings going on at the church during the week and finished the project on Friday late afternoon. They did a great job, I highly recommend Blue Valley for HVAC work.

I had a concern about an unknown noise coming from a newly installed AC unit. Blue Valley sent Tony T. out to investigate. He did a thorough inspection and found the sound to be normal. He took a recording/video and explained what the noise was and why it was normal for that particular unit. (Note that the noise was not loud or troublesome - I just wanted to be sure the unit was operating correctly.) Tony was prompt, detailed and a great communicator. He is the reason for the 5 stars. I somewhat would have thought BV would have comp’ed me the trip as a follow up to the installation but they still charged a $29 trip fee (which I consider annoying, but a relatively small price for long term peace of mind). I am very happy with BV and consider them my go-to for my HVAC needs.

I had a great experience with Blue Valley HVAC. It all started when I installed a new smart thermostat and started sending me messages saying that the system was running a lot but never reaching a reasonable target temperature. I originally called The Bee HVAC and it turns out they had been acquired by Blue Valley. They sent out a technician Tony, to take a look at my system. He was very polite and walked me through everything he was checking and testing. I'm not super knowledgeable about HVAC so I appreciated him taking the time to do that explain how things worked and what was going on.
Unfortunately there was an important part out on the condenser unit. The part was going to be expensive and hard to find since the unit was about 10 years old. So, it was time for a new system. Tony called his project manager Danny and he put together several quotes after hours that same afternoon. I really felt like he cared about taking care of me as a customer, he could have easily waited until the next day but he didn't.
Tony had come to check my old system on Tuesday and by Friday morning they had technicians picking up my new unit and heading over to my place to install. The technicians that came out to install the new system were Gabe and Mark. They were both personable and did great work. I was working from home that day and my office is in the room right next to where the central HVAC unit is, so I was there for the whole installation. Honestly, this would have kinda irritated me to have the customer right nearby while I was working, but they were nothing but professional. They finished in great time, every space was left nice and clean and they hauled off the old unit for me. Once they were done they took the time to explain how to maintain the new system and they even checked out the DIY wiring on the smart thermostat for me 😅
The new AC system is working great and keeping us cool. I would have thought that it would take weeks to have my old system checked out, have a new system ordered and then schedule someone to come out and install it. Blue Valley got it done in just a few days.

Excellent and efficient service with friendly people on the phone and in-person. I called to have my furnace serviced for the first time at my newly purchased house. We were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.
