Shawn the technician was exceptional.
He was very experienced, friendly and explained everything in great detail. I had a boiler issue- a leak. He knew immediately it was a defective pressure relief valve. He also serviced my minisplit units. Found an active wasp nest and removed it. Made recommendations as my boiler is 21 years old.

I was impressed and strongly recommend Blue Valley and Shawn.

We have now used Blue Valley for a furnace replacement and hot water heater replacement. The service has been impeccable both times! They don’t try to hard sell you on systems that you don’t need and built trust with every interaction.

This most recent experience was amazing. Our water heater started leaking very badly and they got a team out within a couple of hours. They were able to install a new water heater first thing the next morning. Paul, Joel, and Steven were all excellent to work with and made sure we were informed every step of the way.

Paul and Scott came in to do a maintenance check on my plumbing. They were professional and checked over everything. Provided me with advice on future issues that might happen.

I'm writing this for my mom who is not the most nimble when it comes to tech 😉

After getting several quotes for a new AC, we chose Blue Valley for the reasonable-for-the-area rate and the professionalism of each person we interacted with. We were able to get the new AC within a few days, and the install went seamlessly. Each of the technicians were friendly and communicated well, worked hard, and took pains to keep work areas clean. When technician Eric Scharrer returned to install a thermostat, he was great at explaining how to operate it and also offered some helpful tips for increasing both the new unit's efficiency and our comfort; his knowledge and expertise were obvious. Working with Blue Valley has been a positive experience, and we appreciate the entire team.

Shawn is really great at carefully checking and ruling out to find the source of the problem all while teaching and explaining the system. When the repair wasn't straightforward, he came back until it was right.

Joel and Scott were awesome! They were great about completing the work I needed done now vs what could wait and what I wanted to wait on without being pushy which I really appreciated. It wasn’t a clear cut project and they knocked it out of the park allowing my sprinkler system and evaporative cooler to work as it gets warmer. They were also great with my two dogs and communicated clearly through the entire project.

Shawn was great in conducting the annual inspections for a heat pump unit in one house, and a geothermal system in the second. He was timely and communicated re his arrival time and the evaluation of his work and recommendations.

Vincent was great he helped talk through all the options and took time to call the manufacturer and ask about specs so I would get the best bang for my buck.

Blue Valley came out today to give us an estimate for a new furnace. The technician Rae was great. She was very professional and thorough explaining all our options, answering all our questions, and I really had an enjoyable time just chatting with her. The estimate provided seemed fair and in line with what we were expecting. Highly recommend.

Vincent came out after Calling a different HVAC company. After looking at it for maybe 5 minutes the first Company told us the whole system, including our AC was broken and it was going to cost us 15 to 20 grand to replace… Vincent came out (Fantastic customer service) took the time time to look at the system, ran tests and ultimately fixed it for pennies on what we would have had to spend.

We just had Mez Okoro come fix the noise in our heat pump on the outside of the house. He was so polite and gave good information about our system. He is an absolute delight. Definitely an asset to Blue Valley. Life other servicemen, he is responsive, thoughtful and professional.

Our HVAC system went out a couple months ago and we were desperate for a new affordable but high quality system. We contacted Blue Valley who came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They were patient while we acquired funding and applied for rebates. And once we had the funding, they scheduled us within a few days for install. Nathan was one of the workers on our install and was great! He and his team arrived on time and kept us updated throughout the process.

During the install, they noticed our water heater, which had been installed by Cooper Heating and Cooling in August 2025, was leaking. Since the installation was only about seven months old, this was surprising. We contacted Cooper to have someone come out and fix the issue, but they were unable to send a technician until the following Monday.

Blue Valley stepped in and immediately sent their plumbers over. Paul and Steven arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking within a couple hours so the HVAC workers could finish up their part. I wish we had used Blue Valley to initially install our water heater.

Every technician, project consultant, and installer we have worked with for the HVAC system has exceeded expectations. The company truly hires outstanding people and we will definitely use them again.

A house plumbing inspection was done by Steve and Scott today, they were friendly, professional and very informative. would highly recommend Blue Valley for any plumbing issues.

Called about an active leak in our garage at 7pm. Joel an Paul were at my house by noon the next day, and had the leak found, repaired and done within 30 minutes, including cutting through the ceiling drywall and insulation. My furnace simple would not start, so I had Blue Valley out to analyze. They determined the inducer pre-firing blower failed electrically. Mez explained the system well and his recommendation for replacement along with associated electrical switches. After ordering in the parts Mez conducted the replacement and again provided a complete review to understand why the blower failed and showed the system restored. Mez was efficient, friendly, easy to understand and one of the best technicians I’ve experienced.

Casey was great! I had hodgepodged a temporary solution under my sink and he was able to quickly get it sorted. He was also very helpful in providing several suggestions on future considerations and preventive strategies for reducing chances of plumbing issues going forward.
