Vincent came out after Calling a different HVAC company. After looking at it for maybe 5 minutes the first Company told us the whole system, including our AC was broken and it was going to cost us 15 to 20 grand to replace… Vincent came out (Fantastic customer service) took the time time to look at the system, ran tests and ultimately fixed it for pennies on what we would have had to spend.

We just had Mez Okoro come fix the noise in our heat pump on the outside of the house. He was so polite and gave good information about our system. He is an absolute delight. Definitely an asset to Blue Valley. Life other servicemen, he is responsive, thoughtful and professional.

Our HVAC system went out a couple months ago and we were desperate for a new affordable but high quality system. We contacted Blue Valley who came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They were patient while we acquired funding and applied for rebates. And once we had the funding, they scheduled us within a few days for install. Nathan was one of the workers on our install and was great! He and his team arrived on time and kept us updated throughout the process.

During the install, they noticed our water heater, which had been installed by Cooper Heating and Cooling in August 2025, was leaking. Since the installation was only about seven months old, this was surprising. We contacted Cooper to have someone come out and fix the issue, but they were unable to send a technician until the following Monday.

Blue Valley stepped in and immediately sent their plumbers over. Paul and Steven arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the section of pipe that was leaking within a couple hours so the HVAC workers could finish up their part. I wish we had used Blue Valley to initially install our water heater.

Every technician, project consultant, and installer we have worked with for the HVAC system has exceeded expectations. The company truly hires outstanding people and we will definitely use them again.

A house plumbing inspection was done by Steve and Scott today, they were friendly, professional and very informative. would highly recommend Blue Valley for any plumbing issues.

Called about an active leak in our garage at 7pm. Joel an Paul were at my house by noon the next day, and had the leak found, repaired and done within 30 minutes, including cutting through the ceiling drywall and insulation. My furnace simple would not start, so I had Blue Valley out to analyze. They determined the inducer pre-firing blower failed electrically. Mez explained the system well and his recommendation for replacement along with associated electrical switches. After ordering in the parts Mez conducted the replacement and again provided a complete review to understand why the blower failed and showed the system restored. Mez was efficient, friendly, easy to understand and one of the best technicians I’ve experienced.

Casey was great! I had hodgepodged a temporary solution under my sink and he was able to quickly get it sorted. He was also very helpful in providing several suggestions on future considerations and preventive strategies for reducing chances of plumbing issues going forward.

Joel and Paul did an install assessment for a tankless water system and were extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with their comprehensive review of the installation site. We are going to move forward with the project install.

My technician was great, the woman I spoke with on the phone initially was very good as well. I am not a fan though of invoices that are not itemized. The Bee always made everything very clear. I miss that.

Outstanding company. Service and sales are top notch!

I’ve had fairly extensive work performed by Blue Valley since I moved here in ‘22: boiler servicing, minisplit installation, and now an electric combi boiler. In each case, my interaction with sales, service, and subsequent follow up has been fantastic.

When I first moved here, I needed a mini split, as the home I bought had no AC, no HVAC, and used a whole house fan. I worked with their salesperson Cam to look at options. I pulled several quotes, but the responsiveness, and willingness of Cam to go the extra mile to help me research a variety of options and rebates led me to work with Blue Valley. Their inspection, installation, and commissioning of the unit was outstanding. It has been in operation since mid-summer and I can’t be more elated with the work and the unit.

This winter, just before Halloween, I had issues with my boiler, and Blue Valley sent out a service tech to clean and service the boiler. Unfortunately, it was past its time/warranty, and I needed a replacement. Once again, I spoke to Cam and looked at options. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot out there within Blue Valley’s scope of outlets that seemed satisfactory. Given the constraints on performance and cost, I did some research on my own and brought my results to Cam. He was more than willing to take it from there to see what he could manage. Fortunately, he was able to find a distro partner and we were able to get one in that was installed today!

Even with the installation team today, extensive work was performed, and the installation team still noticed a pinhole leak. They will be returning to patch it tomorrow early in the AM. Outstanding service.

The absolute cherry on top is the first hot shower I’ve had since Thanksgiving. No longer do I suffer 30-60 sec military showers! I can finally waste hot water like a normal gluttonous over-privileged American slob! Thank goodness!

I will try to update after all the work is complete!

02/2026:
UPDATE: Still going strong! Still great! Isaac recently came out to inspect and service if needed. No issues found and everything is running smoothly! Still plenty of hot showers, but now I need to figure out why my smoke alarm keeps triggering after my hot showers. 🙁

Paul and Joel did a great job inspecting our plumbing and explaining what could benefit from updates. Best of all, we did not feel pressured to make changes immediately.

Anthony rocked the inspection and tune up, all up and running! He resolved several loose ends and now the unit is operating much better!!

Installers Gabe and Mark were great. VERY communicative, kept me informed of everything they were doing. Craftsmanship was excellent. They had a problem with their contract electricians, but they handled the issue quickly and was resolved to my satisfaction.
