I had to get a new AC unit and furnace installed due to mine being from 2006. Cameron did a great job getting me the best price point on a new heat pump system. On the day of installation I had Deegan and Gage come out to install the unit and they have done an amazing job explaining in GREAT detail on how the system is supposed to work. I unfortunately had a broken RDS sensor, which they were able to come out on the next business day to figure out what was causing my system to be constantly on. Currently waiting on the new RDS sensor to come in for them to install, but they have been doing an amazing job during installation and explanation!

I had a new electric heat pump installed last year. There were a few hiccups with the thermostat initially but they were very responsive in coming out to get it worked out under warranty. I've had great customer service from them in setting up repair and maintenance appointments and from each of the different technicians on each visit. They also recently added plumbers to their roster and I had a great plumbing inspection from Casey who also ended up fixing a few small things while he was here. He was very friendly and well informed.

The installation was neat, tidy, and effective. Already our cooling lost it's drafts and it's noise.
What was surprising about their work was the precision- almost like a medical procedure- and with that kind of care for communication with us. They used walkie-talkies so the one outside could coordinate with the one inside.
Also, the office is going to handle the significant rebates that are currently available.
Altogether, two well satisfied customers.

Installers Gabe and Mark were great. VERY communicative, kept me informed of everything they were doing. Craftsmanship was excellent. They had a problem with their contract electricians, but they handled the issue quickly and was resolved to my satisfaction. Blue Valley’s quote was unambiguous and lower than their competition. They were also able to schedule our installation rapidly at the height of summer, providing us the cooling relief we expected. The system has been in for several weeks now and is working great, and we feel we made the correct choice in selecting Blue valley to work in our home.

LAPWe were informed by a home inspector that gas was detected around our boiler. We called Blue Valley and they sent out a technician a few hours later. The technician, Chad, inspected the boiler and our issues were resolved quickly. He was very pleasant, professional and answered every question with patience. Chad is very knowledgeable and politely educated me about every working piece of our boiler system. We’re moving into a new home in a few weeks and I’ll most certainly call Blue Valley again for some remodeling work we have planned.

Jim KreitmanWe were looking at alternative energy sources. We didn’t want to have an air conditioner anymore and we also wanted to stop using natural gas. So we heard about it a little bit but we didn’t know much about it, so we started doing some research and looked at a couple different companies and went with Blue Valley.

One, they rip out the lines completely. The other, that they cut off the meters. A few days later, they came out and cut off the meters.

Long story short, it was leaking water where it shouldn’t have been. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing the minor issue in no time flat! The tech also gave me some preventative tips so I wouldn’t run into the same issue again. I appreciate the service and will be using them again

They helped to put in the system and were great, explaining how it worked and doing the maintenance–and we’ve had them ever since.
