Sign-on bonus of $4000.
$30-$40/hr (depending on experience)

401K Retirement Plan
You will be eligible to participate in a 401k retirement plan in which Blue Valley will contribute 100% of the first 4% of your Eligible Compensation. Contributions will be made on a per payroll period basis.
Vision and Dental
Vision and Dental insurance are provided to you at no cost and Blue Valley covers the entire premium for this coverage. You may deny coverage if you’re not interested in vision or dental insurance
Medical coverage
Medical coverage will be offered to you through our company’s employee benefit plan and will be effective the 1st of the month after 60 days. Blue Valley Heating and Cooling contributes half of your premium. You may deny coverage if you already have health care coverage that you are happy with.
Flexible paid-time off plan
Blue Valley Heating and Cooling offers a flexible paid-time off plan which includes vacation, personal, and sick leave. Time off accrues immediately at a rate of 6 hours and 40 minutes per month for a total of two weeks per year.
Profit sharing
Blue Valley offers profit sharing to all employees which is based on tenure and accrued compensation.
20% of net profit is paid annually..
